The consistent themes throughout my work are the ideas of mortality, memory, and their intrinsic connection. With my art I try to instill a sense of nostalgia for a time or place that may have never existed. My father's obsession with the American West fed into previous works, but has led to my own questions about collective memory, fable, and loss.
I have become increasingly interested in moving images, sound, projections, and my childhood relationship with animals.
